Five-flavour berry tea (80g)

£6.00

As the name implies, this berry also known as schisandra, has fives tastes: sour, spicy, bitter, sweet and savoury.

It is put up here to give people a choice of drink in the afternoon other than coffee. This berry performs as an excellent reminder of our palette department, an interesting tasting experience to share.

Personally, I also received positive feed back from my circle of people who have benefited from the five-flavour berry tea, especially whom with these two symptoms: “I have been drinking a lot of water but still thirty” and “instead of tossing and turning in bed, I chose to go bed late”. If you have similar experience, brew this berry to see.

Put 10 berries in a pot, slowly pour boiling water inside, and let it brew for 10 mins, when it is cooler, add some honey to taste.

For the second or third brew, boil the berries in a pan with water to keep its strength.
